Job description
What you do with us
- You process telephone and digital customer inquiries and carry out the associated activities.
- You will advise our customers on our banking products and basic services and provide support for e-banking.
- You recognize customer needs and pass them on to the right people.
- You support sales promotions.
- You will advise our customers at the branch in the Länderspark shopping center.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship, a commercial apprenticeship or are returning to work.
- You have already gained experience in advising on basic services in the banking sector.
- You impress our customers with your expertise and service-oriented advice on the phone.
- You have an open-minded, communicative personality, work reliably and show a lot of initiative and commitment.
