Consultant Consulting Team (f/m/d)

Tasks

You will process assigned orders received by phone and in writing and complete the associated tasks efficiently and correctly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising our customers on banking products and basic services
• Support for e-banking
• Identifying customer needs and forwarding them to the right departments
• Support with sales promotions
• Advising our customers at the office in the Landerpark shopping center and providing support with questions about the self-service machines
• Management of our credit and debit card range

Requirements

You have:

• Gained experience in the banking sector
• Professional expertise and service-oriented advice on the phone
• Outgoing, communicative personality
• Reliability, initiative, and commitment
• Flexibility and clarity in hectic situations
