Nidwaldner Kantonalbank is looking for a service-oriented person as an advisor in the advisory team to advise and support customers on the phone and in the branch. The position involves processing customer inquiries, advising on banking products and basic services and providing support for e-banking.

What you do with us
- You process telephone and digital customer inquiries and carry out the associated activities.
- You will advise our customers on our banking products and basic services and provide support for e-banking.
- You recognize customer needs and pass them on to the right people.
- You support sales promotions.
- You will advise our customers at the branch in the Läderpark shopping center and Stans.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have experience in a comparable position within a bank.
- You have already gained experience in advising on basic services in the banking sector.
- You impress our customers with your expertise and service-oriented advice on the phone.
- You have an open-minded, communicative personality, work reliably and show a lot of initiative and commitment.
