Tasks

Are you service-oriented and enjoy working in a lively environment? Do you enjoy advising customers on the phone and would like to take on an exciting challenge as part of our advisory team?

• You will handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing, escalate and transfer customer inquiries by phone and in writing, escalate and transfer them to the relevant banking products and basic services, and provide support for e-banking.
• You recognize customer needs and pass them on to the right people.
• You support sales promotions.
• You will advise our customers at the office in the Längenpark shopping center and assist them with any questions they may have about the self-service machines.
• You manage our credit and debit card range.
