Job description

Tasks

• You process telephone and digital customer inquiries and carry out the associated activities.
• You will advise our customers on our banking products and basic services and provide support for e-banking.
• You recognize customer needs and pass them on to the right people.
• You support sales promotions.
• You will advise our customers at the branch in the LÄNDERPARK shopping center.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, a commercial apprenticeship or are returning to work.
• You have already gained experience in advising on basic services in the banking sector.
• You impress our customers with your expertise and service-oriented advice on the phone.
• You have an open-minded personality with strong communication skills, work reliably and show a lot of initiative and commitment.
