Tasks

  • Solution-oriented, creative support for corporate clients and corporate lending transactions throughout Germany
  • Independent processing and handling of written customer inquiries in various electronic channels
  • Management and maintenance of customer data
  • Implementation of individual outbound campaigns to develop the corporate customer service center

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training with prior banking training
  • Experience in the contact center area is an advantage
  • Passion to develop into a sustainable banking career
  • Strong customer and service orientation with sales talent
  • Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken)
