Consultant Corporate Clients Service Center (f/m/d) 60%Tasks
- Solution-oriented, creative support for corporate clients and corporate lending transactions throughout Germany
- Independent processing and handling of written customer inquiries in various electronic channels
- Management and maintenance of customer data
- Implementation of individual outbound campaigns to develop the corporate customer service center
Requirements
- Basic commercial training with prior banking training
- Experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Passion to develop into a sustainable banking career
- Strong customer and service orientation with sales talent
- Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken)
