As a Corporate Client Service Center Advisor (f/m/d), you will support the further development of Raiffeisen Switzerland's corporate client business by providing creative advice and independently processing customer inquiries. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer data.

Tasks
- Solution-oriented, creative advice for corporate clients and corporate client advisors from all over Switzerland
- Independent processing and inventorying of written customer inquiries in various electronic channels
- Management and maintenance of customer data
- Implementation of individual outbound and campaigns to develop the corporate client business
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, preferably with a banking focus
- Experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Passion to develop into a sustainable banking career
- Strong customer and service orientation with a sales-promoting focus
- Strong service orientation (part-time possible)
