What you achieve with us

• In this responsible role, you will advise and support our general agents in the implementation of risk and market-oriented underwriting.
• You will accompany our insurance advisors on customer visits and carry out in-depth risk assessments and analyses.
• You will also coordinate and implement the professional training and development of general agents and work in interdisciplinary teams on exciting projects.

What you bring with you

• Completed basic commercial training and higher insurance training (successfully completed or started)
• Several years of professional and sales experience in the field of business insurance
• Implementation-oriented, communicative and customer-oriented personality with strong self-management skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Curiosity about complex issues and a motivated, proactive approach to work
• Willingness to travel in Central Switzerland and to work from any location
• Fluency in German, Italian is a plus
