Raiffeisenbank is looking for a customer service representative for its Customer Service Center (40% position) who is customer-focused and has experience in the contact center industry. Tasks
As a first-line point of contact, the Customer Service Center supports Raiffeisen banks and businesses within the cooperative and foundation-owned sectors in addressing technical and administrative issues.What are you bringing with you?
- Basic business training or experience in the financial sector
- Experience in the contact center sector (inbound and outbound)
- A knack for sales and/or a strong customer-service orientation
- Commitment and the determination to uphold these goals in order to achieve success together
- Excellent written and spoken German

Working conditions
