Customer Service Center Consultant (m/f/d) 40%

Raiffeisenbank is looking for a customer service representative for its Customer Service Center (40% position) who is customer-focused and has experience in the contact center industry. Tasks

As a first-line point of contact, the Customer Service Center supports Raiffeisen banks and businesses within the cooperative and foundation-owned sectors in addressing technical and administrative issues.

What are you bringing with you?

  • Basic business training or experience in the financial sector
  • Experience in the contact center sector (inbound and outbound)
  • A knack for sales and/or a strong customer-service orientation
  • Commitment and the determination to uphold these goals in order to achieve success together
  • Excellent written and spoken German

Working conditions

  • Flexible working hours for the flexible allocation of internal resources
  • Flexible working hours, primarily in the morning, with flexible shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
