- Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)
- Workload: 40-60%
- Place of work: Lucerne-Littau / Zurich
Tasks
- Answering customer queries by telephone and in writing
- Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
- Employee exchange for the technology used
- Further development of our division
- Working hours: Monday and Thursday full-time, Friday half-day if possible. Training: During the first two months in a 100% workload
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in customer service an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Passion and the conviction to contribute your own strengths in order to achieve more success together
- Excellent written and spoken German
