  • Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)
  • Workload: 40-60%
  • Place of work: Lucerne-Littau / Zurich

Tasks

  • Answering customer queries by telephone and in writing
  • Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
  • Employee exchange for the technology used
  • Further development of our division
  • Working hours: Monday and Thursday full-time, Friday half-day if possible. Training: During the first two months in a 100% workload

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in customer service an advantage
  • Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Passion and the conviction to contribute your own strengths in order to achieve more success together
  • Excellent written and spoken German
