Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)
Tasks
- Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
- Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
- Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
- Development of new offers tailored to the market and the customer and corporate client segment
- Initial support of customer inquiries from 09-12; remaining days at peak times (09-12 & 14-17) are assumed
- Familiarization phase: During the first two months in a 100% workload
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Passion and the conviction to contribute your own strengths in order to achieve something together
- Excellent written and spoken German
