Tasks

  • Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
  • Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
  • Accounting for the further development of the organization

Working conditions

  • Working hours depending on the month and Fridays 8h each (from 09-12 & 14-17 o'clock) are given
  • Induction: During the first few months in a 100% workload

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
  • Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Leadership and the conviction to use your strengths to achieve common goals
  • Excellent written and spoken German
