Tasks
- Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
- Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
- Accounting for the further development of the organization
Working conditions
- Working hours depending on the month and Fridays 8h each (from 09-12 & 14-17 o'clock) are given
- Induction: During the first few months in a 100% workload
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Leadership and the conviction to use your strengths to achieve common goals
- Excellent written and spoken German
