Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)

Raiffeisen Switzerland is looking for an advisor for the Customer Service Center in Zurich, who is a service-oriented and communicative personality to support and advise customers by telephone. Tasks

  • Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
  • Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
  • Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
  • Working days from Mon-Fri with occasional assignments on Saturdays

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
  • Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Passion and the conviction to contribute your strengths to achieve joint successes
  • Excellent written and spoken German
