Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)
Raiffeisen Switzerland is looking for an advisor for the Customer Service Center in Zurich, who is a service-oriented and communicative personality to support and advise customers by telephone. Tasks
- Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
- Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
- Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
- Working days from Mon-Fri with occasional assignments on Saturdays
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Passion and the conviction to contribute your strengths to achieve joint successes
- Excellent written and spoken German
