As an advisor in the Customer Service Center, you will support private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone with their concerns and contribute to the further development of the organization. The position offers service-oriented advice and sales opportunities for banking products by telephone.

Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d) 40-60%

Tasks

  • Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen Group by telephone
  • Targeted and campaign-oriented sales activities for banking products by telephone
  • Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of the organization
  • Working days on Monday to Friday (the 6-day times vary, e.g. 08-12 & 14-17) are planned in advance
  • Familiarization phase: a 100% workload is set for the first two months

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
  • Initial experience in the contact center field is an advantage
  • Affinity for sales and consulting and strong customer and service orientation
  • Bringing passion and conviction to strengths in order to achieve goals together with the team
  • Excellent written and spoken German
