As an advisor in the Customer Service Center, you will support private customers of Raiffeisen banks by telephone and in writing by offering service-oriented support and advice and selling customer products. Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)Tasks
- Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen banks
- Direct and campaign-oriented remuneration of customer products by telephone
- Participation in the annual development of the organization
- Working hours on Monday and Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00, subject to variation
- Familiarization phase: during two months at a 100% workload
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Affinity for sales and consulting and strong customer and service orientation
- Passion and the conviction to contribute your strengths in order to achieve success together
- Excellent written and spoken German
