As an advisor in the Customer Service Center, you will support private customers of Raiffeisen banks by telephone and in writing by offering service-oriented support and advice and selling customer products. Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Service-oriented support and advice for private customers of the Raiffeisen banks
  • Direct and campaign-oriented remuneration of customer products by telephone
  • Participation in the annual development of the organization
  • Working hours on Monday and Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00, subject to variation
  • Familiarization phase: during two months at a 100% workload

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
  • Affinity for sales and consulting and strong customer and service orientation
  • Passion and the conviction to contribute your strengths in order to achieve success together
  • Excellent written and spoken German
