Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d) 60%Tasks
- A fast-paced and varied working environment
- Answering customer queries by telephone
- Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of our division
- Working days on Monday and Friday, 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 are set in advance
- Familiarization phase: During the first two months in a 100% workload
Requirements
- Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong performance and the conviction to use your strengths to achieve success together
- Limitation and open-mindedness towards our diverse customers and concerns
- Excellent written and spoken German
