Customer Service Center Consultant (f/m/d) 60%

Tasks

  • A fast-paced and varied working environment
  • Answering customer queries by telephone
  • Shared responsibility for the targeted further development of our division
  • Working days on Monday and Friday, 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 are set in advance
  • Familiarization phase: During the first two months in a 100% workload

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training, experience in the financial sector an advantage
  • Initial experience in the contact center area is an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Strong performance and the conviction to use your strengths to achieve success together
  • Limitation and open-mindedness towards our diverse customers and concerns
  • Excellent written and spoken German
