- Proactive telephone and written support for pool customers in the area of basic consulting, including identification of potential and follow-up of campaigns.
- Processing of inquiries from direct input channels (e-mail, e-banking, website).
- Opening of accounts and withdrawals.
- Independent completion of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Banking training with initial experience in direct telephone customer contact.
- Lateral entrants with basic commercial training and experience in direct telephone customer contact are welcome, who enjoy learning about the many different areas of the "banking world" and developing their skills accordingly.
- Communicative nature and excellent knowledge of German.
- High ability to work in a team.
