Customer Zone Advisor (f/m/d)

Tasks

You are responsible for the counter area and perform all related tasks. You advise customers on the options available in the areas of savings, payments, investments, and pensions, and provide information on account movements, interest rates, and currency and country information. You support customer advisory and customer service teams at various branches across all locations with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and successfully completed the banking course
• Good market and product knowledge in the banking sector
• Work experience in a comparable position
• a communicative and outgoing personality
