Customer Zone Advisor (f/m/d)

Tasks

You are responsible for the teller area and handle all related tasks. You advise customers on options for savings, payments, investments, and retirement planning, and provide information on account activity, interest rates, and currency and country-specific details. You assist customer service representatives with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You have completed your commercial apprenticeship and successfully passed the banking courses.
• You have a good understanding of the market and products in the banking sector.
• You have professional experience in a similar role.
• You are a communicative and outgoing person.
