Tasks

• Providing support to assigned business clients and the digital consulting division
• Conducting consultations on banking products
• Conducting consultations via digital channels, accurately identifying customer needs, and fostering customer growth
• Targeted development of existing customer relationships and fostering long-term customer loyalty
• Increasing customer traffic and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Increasing sales and promoting specialized products
• Process administrative files, document customer interactions, and handle billing
• Contribute to achieving the agency's goals in the areas of quality, sustainability, and business development

Requirements

• Experience in banking consulting, ideally in advising on products and services for small and medium-sized enterprises
• Excellent knowledge of banking products, services, and processes
• Proficiency in consulting techniques, consultative selling, and related processes
• Proficiency in using digital tools and video conferencing platforms
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements as well as compliance and consumer protection guidelines
• Proficiency in French and German
• SAQ certification or a willingness to obtain it
