Counselor at the CLIP Counseling Center

Tasks

• Advise customers at the remote service center on banking products and services
• Conduct consultations via digital channels and provide advice on the appropriate banking products and services
• Strategically develop and maintain existing customer relationships over the long term
• Identify customer needs and refer customers who require extensive consultation to the appropriate specialists
• Process administrative files, document customer contacts, and keep customer information up to date
• Contribute to achieving the defined goals in the areas of quality, customer satisfaction, and business development

Requirements

• Experience in banking consulting, ideally in an omnichannel environment
• Excellent knowledge of banking products, services, and processes
• Proficiency in using digital tools, video conferencing systems, and platforms
• Effective Communication in the Use of Consulting Techniques, Consultative Selling, and the Development of Customer Relationships
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements as well as compliance and consumer protection guidelines
• Proficiency in French and German
• SIZ certification or a willingness to obtain it
