Customer Center Representative

The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a customer service representative for its Customer Center to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service. The position requires a business background, experience in a customer service center, and excellent communication skills in German and French.

Tasks

* You systematically identify customers, provide information, explain the terms and conditions of various products and services, and capitalize on sales opportunities. * You provide the information needed to update IT data related to customer service and market management. * You provide telephone support for basic products and services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and offer initial information about other banking products. * You guide and support our customers with our digital products, thereby enhancing their customer experience. * You schedule appointments with our advisors.

Requirements

* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ, MPA, ESC, or Type E high school diploma). * You have experience working in a customer service center and excellent knowledge of office communication tools. * You communicate effectively in German and French. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. * You are a pragmatic and disciplined person who offers constructive suggestions for improvement and is skilled at handling phone calls. * You value teamwork and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues.
