Customer Center Consultant

The Walliser Kantonalbank is looking for a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for its Customer Center to handle customer inquiries by phone, email and chat and ensure a high quality of service. The customer advisor supports customers in the use of digital products and sells banking products.

Job description: Customer Center Consultant

Tasks

  • They systematically identify customers, provide information, communicate the conditions and information on the various products and services and exploit the sales potential.
  • They pass on information that is required to update IT data with regard to customer service and market management.
  • They provide advice by telephone on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and pass on initial information on other banking products.
  • They accompany and support our customers with our digital products and thus create added value for their experience.
  • You plan the appointments with our consultants.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial qualification (EFZ, MPA, ESC, Matura type E).
  • You have experience in a customer center and excellent knowledge of office communication tools.
  • You communicate efficiently in German and French. Other languages are an advantage.
  • You are a pragmatic and disciplined person who makes constructive suggestions for improvement and is adept at telephone contact.
  • You value teamwork and can work effortlessly with colleagues.
