Customer Center Consultant
As an advisor in the Customer Center, you are the first point of contact for customers, advising them by telephone and supporting them in using digital products. Your main tasks include advising customers, communicating product and service information and scheduling appointments with advisors.

Customer Center ConsultantTasks
- They systematically identify customers, provide information, communicate the conditions and information on the various products and services and exploit the sales potential.
- They pass on information required for updating IT data relating to customer service and market management.
- They provide advice by telephone on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and pass on initial information on other banking products.
- They accompany and support our customers with our digital products and thus create added value for their customer experience.
- You plan the appointments with our consultants.
Requirements
- You have a commercial qualification (EFZ, MPC, ESC, Matura type E).
- You have experience in a customer center and excellent knowledge of office communication tools.
- You communicate efficiently in German and French. Other languages are an advantage.
- You are a pragmatic and disciplined person who makes constructive suggestions for improvement and is adept at telephone contact.
- You value teamwork and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues.
