Business/Customer Consultant (Direct)
Zuger Kantonalbank is seeking a corporate banking advisor who will serve as the primary point of contact for acquiring and servicing corporate clients. The position requires several years of experience in the banking sector and offers performance-based compensation and flexible working conditions.
Your tasks
- Contact Persons as Central Points of Contact for Corporate Clients
- Providing support to corporate clients of various sizes and from various industries across all channels—including digital and telephone channels
- Supporting professional client interests in all matters related to very specific client requests, from acquisition through ongoing support
- Independently managing sophisticated financial planning projects, including the review of complex businesses, assets, and financial statements to comprehensively assess client needs
- Analysis of customer needs, developments, and trends within the context of the current market situation
Our requirements
- Several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in corporate banking, client coaching, and/or at counseling centers
- Experience and enthusiasm in dealing with customers, including corporate clients, customer management, and large customer bases
- Customer focus, even when dealing with challenging, high-stakes fundamentals within the banking sector, complex banking, contractual, and underwriting work, as well as requirements related to financial controls, risk management, underwriting, sales coordination, and management consulting
- A strong focus on customers and service providers, as well as a team-oriented spirit and collaboration with companies and their members across a wide range of industries and business types
- Excellent knowledge of investment and customer service management
