St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a business client advisor (80–100%) for its branch in Flawil. The position requires a completed apprenticeship in financial services, several years of practical experience in client advisory services, and a passion for working with clients.
Tasks
As a business customer advisor, you will support the team at our branch’s main office. You will be responsible for advising customers, primarily business customers.Requirements
You have the following qualifications and experience:- Completed apprenticeship in the financial services sector or advanced training
- Several years of practical experience in customer service, preferably with commercial clients
- Enjoy working with customers and communicating effectively
- Enjoy working with people and taking pride in your work
- Knowledge of regional and local market conditions, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close sales
