Business Customer Advisor (80–100%)

Job description

We are looking for a Business Customer Advisor (80–100%). As our new colleague at our headquarters in St. Gallen, you will provide support to our customers.

Tasks

The daily challenge is to process complex information and provide personalized service. Our customer service representatives are the knowledgeable points of contact for our clients (both individual and business customers).

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, and it is advantageous if you have also completed further training.
• You have several years of practical experience in customer service, preferably with business customers.
• You enjoy advising customers and actively seek customer-focused solutions.
• You are flexible regarding opening hours and have strong time management and self-management skills.
• You are proficient in standard Office and graphic design software, as well as sales and complaint management systems.
