We are looking for a Business Customer Advisor (80–100%). As our new colleague at our headquarters in St. Gallen, you will work with your team to develop solutions to support our customers.

What you'll need

  • You have completed a banking apprenticeship, and it is advantageous if you have already completed additional training.
  • You have several years of practical experience in customer service, preferably with business customers.
  • You have a special knack for communicating with customers in the finance department.
  • You're financially savvy and enjoy interacting with people.
  • You are familiar with regional and local market conditions and possess strong negotiation skills as well as a focus on sales and customer service.
