Job description

We are looking for a Business Customer Advisor (80–100%). As our new colleague at our main office on Lake Zurich, you will support our customers.

What you'll need

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, and it is advantageous if you have also completed further training.
• You have several years of practical experience in customer service, preferably with business customers.
• You enjoy advising customers and are always on the lookout for creative solutions.
• You are flexible when it comes to organization and can also handle tasks that involve communication.
• You are familiar with the most important and widely used market solutions and possess strong negotiation, sales, and consulting skills.
