Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for a Customer Advisor (a) for the Vestiplace Desk, who will receive customers, handle customer service and process customer concerns. The position is a job-sharing position and requires a completed basic commercial training as well as professional experience in the banking sector or a similar activity.

What awaits you
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiplace Desk.
- The processing of customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is lost with the processing of cash (CHF and foreign currencies) and with the administration of customer concerns and your main tasks.
- With the screens in the customer area, you have the best access to all relevant information and news as well as the team customers to edit.
- You maintain customer contact via the Learning Space, where you understand the digital channels.
What you bring with you
- You have completed basic commercial training or have equivalent qualifications.
- You have professional experience or have already carried out a similar activity.
- It is a plus if you have experience in the banking sector.
- For you, an English day means having a lively personal exchange with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
- Teamwork and an exchange with colleagues, superiors and you are just as important as working independently.
