Job description

What you can expect

• You represent AKB and welcome customers and visitors in the vestibule.
• Your main tasks will include handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes), advising customers (CHF and Swiss franc exchange) and verifying customer orders.
• With the screens/info screens, you are the bank's best visual figurehead and bring new customers and team customers to you.
• Customer contact is the most important thing for you at the Learning Desk, where you deepen your own skills.
• You need to recognize the potential of customers and clients and pass them on to the appropriate departments.
• You make sure that the checkout machine is always sufficiently stocked and working properly.
• You are looking to support the information applications and the branch manager in their administrative activities.

What you bring with you

• This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
• You have completed vocational training or have already completed other relevant basic training.
• You will continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic services segment.
• An English day for you means being able to look after your customer with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
• Teamwork and collegiality, commitment and flexibility are just as important to you as an independent way of working.
