Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for a customer advisor to welcome customers and visitors in the vestibule and handle customer service at the counter desk. The position also involves reviewing customer concerns, advising on financial transactions and supporting colleagues and supervisors.

What you can expect
- You represent AKB and welcome customers and visitors in the vestibule.
- Your main tasks will include handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes), advising customers (CHF and Swiss franc exchange) and verifying customer orders.
- With the screens/info screens, you are the bank's best visual figurehead and bring new customers and team customers to you.
- Customer contact is the most important thing for you at the Learning Desk, where you deepen your own skills.
- You need to recognize the potential of customers and clients and pass them on to the appropriate departments.
- You make sure that the checkout machine is always sufficiently stocked and working properly.
- You are looking to support the information applications and the branch manager in their administrative activities.
What you bring with you
- This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
- You have completed vocational training or have already completed other relevant basic training.
- You will continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic services segment.
- An English day for you means being able to look after your customer with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
