Customer Service Representative (a)

What you can expect
- You will represent AKB on the front end and welcome our customers as they move through the value chain.
- You enjoy advising both existing and new clients on their specific needs and delving into the topics they’ve brought up during consultations.
- You’ll also interact with customers at the Learning Desk, where you’ll promote our various digital channels and help our customers use them.
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange), as well as processing cashless transactions and ATM transactions.
- You are able to identify customers' potential and refer them to the appropriate departments.
