Customer Service Representative (a)
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative for its customer service area, who will handle customer inquiries and complaints at the self-service location in Aarau and over the phone, and who will serve as the bank’s public face. What you can expect
- You’ll support us with enthusiasm and dedication in managing customer relations at our self-service location in Aarau and over the phone when handling customer inquiries and complaints
- You will represent AKB in all your interactions and take pleasure in communicating with our customers and engaging in meaningful conversations
- You enjoy serving new clients and existing customers with our core services and closing follow-up deals
- You will also interact with customers over the phone. You are familiar with our various digital channels and can assist our customers in using them
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange), as well as managing the supply of banking materials and the layout of our lobby.
