The position of Customer Zone Advisor (a) at Aargauische Kantonalbank (AKB) involves representing the company, supporting customers at the customer desk and selling new products. The position is a job-sharing position and requires a completed basic business education and a good command of English.

Tasks
- You represent AKB and welcome customers in the vestibule of the Customer Desk
- You prevent the processing of customer service at the customer desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) by processing service requests (CHF and Swiss franc exchange) and distributing them to the responsible employees and internal clients.
- With AKB's existing customers, you are the best face for selling new products and news as well as looking after the team customers.
- You maintain customer contact under the guiding principle of understanding the solutions offered.
- You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
- You ensure that the CUSTOMER vending machine is always sufficiently stocked and working properly.
- You are looking to support the internal contact persons in the area of conceptual work and the branch manager in their administrative activities.
Requirements
- You have completed basic training in business administration
- You have further knowledge of the products and services in the basic services segment.
- For you, an English day means having a lively personal exchange with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
- Teamwork and a supervisor are just as important to you as working independently.
