Customer Service Representative (a)
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to advise and assist customers in the Emmental region and handle customer service at the cash desk. The position offers a competitive total compensation package, contributions toward continuing education, and other fringe benefits.
What you can expect
- You will represent AKB in the Emmental region and welcome our clients at the consultation office.
- You enjoy advising new and existing customers on our basic services and referring them to the appropriate departments.
- The customer service counter also gives you the opportunity to work at the Learning Desk, where you’ll promote our wide range of digital channels and assist our customers with using them.
- You are qualified to handle customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and change), including processing cashless transactions and preparing the ATMs.
