Job description

Tasks

• You represent AKB and receive customers at our advisory desk.
• You will be responsible for handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) and processing cash and (credit) and remote payment transactions in accordance with your main duties.
• With the screens on the AKB screen, you are the best face of the bank branch. You are in the right place to deal with new customers and team customers.
• You maintain customer contact in dialog at the counter, where you suggest suitable solutions.
• You need to discover the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
• You make sure that the checkout machine is always sufficiently stocked and working properly.
• You will assist with administrative activities and support the branch manager in his administrative activities.

Requirements

• This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
• You have completed basic banking training.
• You continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic services segment.
• For you, an English day means that you can spend one day personally looking after our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
