Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer zone in Spreitenbach, who will receive customers, handle customer service and support customer relationships in an activating manner. The position is job-sharing and requires front office experience and basic banking training.

What you can expect
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vesti and Valoren Desk.
- Your main tasks will include handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) and processing cash and (long-distance) bookings.
- With the screens in the AKB area you are the best loser, you are ready to look after the interests of our customers and new customers as well as the team customers.
- You also maintain customer contact at the Learning Desk, where you distribute the actual contacts.
- You need to discover the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
- You make sure that the kiosk machine is always sufficiently stocked and works perfectly.
- You are looking to activate customer relations and support the branch manager in his administrative activities.
What you bring with you
- Experience in the front office area with a completed basic banking education.
- You will continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic service segment.
- A closer day for you means being able to maintain a lively personal exchange with our customers and clients on site in Spreitenbach.
- Working in a team with Claudia, Verico, Sabrina and Marcel is just as important to you as working independently.
