What you can expect

• You represent AKB and welcome customers at the video counter.
• Customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is one of your main tasks and involves dealing with people seeking advice (questions about accounts and financial products).
• With existing customers, you are the best face of the bank, looking after new customers and new customers as well as the team customer zone.
• You maintain customer contact in the open and learning space, where you answer open questions.
• You need to discover the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
• You make sure that the public pay station is always sufficiently filled and works perfectly.
• Depending on your interests and your place of business, you will be asked to assist with their administrative activities.

What you bring with you

• This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
• You have completed vocational training or equivalent basic training.
• You bring your knowledge of the products and
• A closer day for you means being able to maintain a lively personal exchange with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
• Teamwork and a supervisor as well as Marco, Nadine, Veronica, Salome and Marcel are just as important to you as working independently.
