Job description
What you can expect
- You are the service-oriented link between customer service representatives and are responsible for clearly defined services and the targeted processing of completed projects.
- You focus on efficient customer contact and supplement your ongoing advice with high-quality administration.
- You will work in a modern working environment with a decentralized workplace (two to three days a week).
- You have about 20-30 customer meetings per day.
What you bring with you
- Industry experience (e.g. in retail) or basic commercial training in another industry.
- You are empathetic, committed to our customers and initiate the necessary administrative and interactive regulations.
- You are good at prioritizing, deciding and evaluating.
- You act in an appreciative manner, look for suitable solutions and teach within the framework of daily challenges.
- You are flexible, have integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Continuous further training is a matter of course for you.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German.
