Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer desk who will act as a link between customer advisors and customers and is responsible for clear services and the processing of completed customer concerns. Job description

What you can expect

  • You are the service-oriented link between customer service representatives and are responsible for clearly defined services and the targeted processing of completed projects.
  • You focus on efficient customer contact and supplement your ongoing advice with high-quality administration.
  • You will work in a modern working environment with a decentralized workplace (two to three days a week).
  • You have about 20-30 customer meetings per day.

What you bring with you

  • Industry experience (e.g. in retail) or basic commercial training in another industry.
  • You are empathetic, committed to our customers and initiate the necessary administrative and interactive regulations.
  • You are good at prioritizing, deciding and evaluating.
  • You act in an appreciative manner, look for suitable solutions and teach within the framework of daily challenges.
  • You are flexible, have integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Continuous further training is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German.
