What you bring with you

  • Industry experience in customer service or basic commercial training in another industry with initial experience in customer service.
  • You are empathetic, committed and appreciative.
  • You are able to work on key agendas, look for suitable solutions and implement them in an advisory capacity.
  • You are a team player who acts independently and entrepreneurially and are willing to continue your education on your own initiative.
  • Continuous further training is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German.
