Tasks
- You are the service and customer-oriented link between customer advisors and customers and carry out supplementary work.
- You focus on successful customer contact and complement the existing consulting team with high-quality administration.
- You have successful feet in the customer advice desk, you are open to your changing employees to develop professionally and personally.
Requirements
- Banking training or other basic commercial training (EFZ or an apprenticeship in another sector or you have completed your initial school education in a customer-oriented field.
- You are committed, have strong social and methodological skills and are a team player who can work under pressure.
- You are good at prioritizing, deciding and evaluating.
- You go further, look for suitable solutions and implement them in a team with the right people in the right places.
- You encounter new situations every day and change processes require your flexibility and creative approach.
- You look forward to communicating with people and have professional, authentic manners.
- You are a digitalization and IT enthusiast.
- Stable performance time is a matter of course for you.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German.
