Tasks

  • You are the service and customer-oriented link between customer advisors and customers and carry out supplementary work.
  • You focus on successful customer contact and complement the existing consulting team with high-quality administration.
  • You have successful feet in the customer advice desk, you are open to your changing employees to develop professionally and personally.

Requirements

  • Banking training or other basic commercial training (EFZ or an apprenticeship in another sector or you have completed your initial school education in a customer-oriented field.
  • You are committed, have strong social and methodological skills and are a team player who can work under pressure.
  • You are good at prioritizing, deciding and evaluating.
  • You go further, look for suitable solutions and implement them in a team with the right people in the right places.
  • You encounter new situations every day and change processes require your flexibility and creative approach.
  • You look forward to communicating with people and have professional, authentic manners.
  • You are a digitalization and IT enthusiast.
  • Stable performance time is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German.
