Customer Service Advisor

Your tasks
- Support, advice or forwarding of old calls that need to be resolved independently, by e-mail, chat or post
- Needs-oriented advice and sale of products in the areas of basic and pension provision
- Customer orientation Personnel and products so that the corresponding advisory objectives are achieved
- Entry/recording and evaluation of basic transactions
- First level support for questions regarding our digital channels
- Pre- and post-processing of customer requests, including completion of customer master data and information
- Processing customer inquiries
- Assistance in the further development of this area in procedural and digital topics
Our requirements
- Banking apprenticeship or experience in the banking business a great advantage
- Enjoyment of customer and service orientation
- Consulting and sales culture
- Minor administrative skills and digital affinity
- You are resilient, patient and friendly
- Excellent written and spoken German, foreign language skills in E, F or I are desirable
