Your tasks

• Support, advice or forwarding of old queries that need to be resolved independently, by e-mail, chat or post
• Needs-oriented advice and sale of products in the areas of basic and pension provision
• Coordination of internal and external partners in the corresponding consulting processes
• Receipt and evaluation of the basic designs
• First level support for inquiries from our digital channels
• Pre- and post-processing of customer meetings, including completion of customer data and information
• Processing customer inquiries
• Collaboration in the further development of this area in processes and digital topics

Our requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or experience in banking and finance a great advantage
• Enjoy customer contact and have a strong service orientation
• Consulting and sales expertise
• Good organizational skills and digital affinity
• You are resilient, patient and friendly
• Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of foreign languages in E, F or I is desirable
