What you can expect

• You’ll greet other AKB employees in the Customer Service Department and welcome our customers at the sales center.
• You identify customers and their needs, and then turn that information into a sales opportunity.
• As a customer service representative, you’ll also be on duty on Saturdays, where you’ll ensure that everything is fully prepared in advance and support us in handling customer inquiries.
• You are best suited to streamline quick decisions at the cash desk for AKB Business Bank, facilitate the handover of customers to fellow advisors during shift changes, and further develop the business model.
• You provide the information to the AKB representatives and clients and forward it to the appropriate departments.
