What you can expect

You support us with enthusiasm and dedication in customer relations at the self-service counter in Aarau and in the private customer division:

• You will represent AKB in Emmenbrücke and welcome new contacts and customers with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• You enjoy advising new clients and our existing customers on our core services and building valuable relationships.
• You will also manage customer data in the Learning Desk, where you will oversee our various digital channels and handle customer inquiries regarding payments.
• You are responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange), managing the cash budget, and addressing customer concerns.

You are able to identify customers' potential and help them develop it further.

What you bring with you

• This feature is ideal for those eager to learn.
• You already have experience as a banking specialist or have completed an apprenticeship at a bank and can build on that experience.
