Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide advice and support to customers at the self-service desk in Aarau and within the private banking division. What you can expect
You support us with enthusiasm and dedication in customer relations at the self-service counter in Aarau and in the private customer division:- You will represent AKB in Emmenbrücke and welcome new contacts and customers with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- You enjoy advising new clients and our existing customers on our core services and building valuable relationships.
- You will also manage customer data in the Learning Desk, where you will oversee our various digital channels and handle customer inquiries regarding payments.
- You are responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange), managing the cash budget, and addressing customer concerns.
