Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer zone who will receive customers, handle customer service and maintain existing relationships. The position is job-sharing and requires a completed basic commercial education as well as knowledge of banking products and services.

What awaits you
- You represent AKB and welcome customers in the Vestiplace
- You will be responsible for handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) and processing cash (including CHF and foreign currencies) and securities transactions. You will also keep customers and your main department informed.
- With existing customers, you are the best face for the existing relationship and look after new customers and team customers.
- You maintain customer contact via the Learning Desk, where you select the appropriate channels.
- You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
- You make sure that the kiosk machine is always sufficiently stocked and works perfectly.
- You look for the most suitable solutions for customer concerns and support the branch manager in his administrative activities.
What you bring with you

- You have completed basic commercial training
- You have further refined your knowledge of products and services in the basic service segment.
