Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Customer Zone Advisor to advise clients on buying and selling and to help grow our existing client base. The position offers an engaging role with responsibility and opportunities for personal growth in an open-minded and diverse work environment.
What you can expect
- You will represent AKB in purchasing and sales and welcome our clients at the Value Creation Desk.
- You enjoy advising new and existing customers on our basic and specialized services and helping them grow.
- You’ll also interact with customers at the Learning Desk, where you’ll manage our various digital channels and assist our customer service team with their tasks.
- You are responsible for handling customer service at the cash desk (domestic and international payments, currency exchange), processing cashless transactions, and managing ATMs.
- You are able to identify the potential of our clients and convey our ambitious goals to them.
What you bring with you
- This feature is ideal for those eager to learn.
- You are either already familiar with the Swiss banking market and can explain basic and specialized services on your own, or you have completed the relevant basic training.
- You have already gained knowledge of the products and services in the basic and specialized service segments and can continue to build on this knowledge.
- For you, a successful day means being able to engage in lively, face-to-face interactions with our customers on-site.
- Teamwork is just as important to you as working independently.
