Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer zone who will receive, support and refer customers and assist with administrative activities. The position is job-sharing and requires experience in a bank or a completed basic training in business administration.

  • You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiplace Desk.
  • The processing of customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) takes place under the supervision of the bank staff (CRM and financial software) in accordance with your main tasks.
  • With the educational trainings at AKB you are the best prepared to be the best advisor for our customers and new customers as well as the team customers.
  • The act of confrontation is enormous for you at the learning desk, where you refine your own strengths.
  • You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the relevant departments.
  • You ensure that the customer vending machine is always sufficiently stocked and works perfectly.
  • You are looking for support for your administrative activities.

What you bring with you

  • This function is performed on a job-sharing basis.
  • Experience in a bank or a comparable completed basic training in business administration.
  • You have knowledge of the products and services in the basic services segment.
  • For you, an English day means being able to have a lively personal exchange with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
