Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an advisor for the customer zone in Spreitenbach to receive customers, process their requests and carry out basic bank functions. The position is job-sharing and offers an interesting job with a good work-life balance.
Job description
What you can expect
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiplace Desk
- Handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is one of your main tasks, along with handling the bank counter (counter and remote control).
- With the basic functions of the AKB, you are the best awning for advising on the higher functions and new features as well as the team customer zone.
- You explain the contact to customers at the lending desk, where you process the actual incidents.

- You have completed vocational training with a different basic training.
- You have your knowledge of the products and
- For you, an English day means being able to have a lively personal exchange with our customers on site in Spreitenbach.
