Aargauische Kantonalbank is looking for an Advisor/CustomerZone for its branch in Spreitenbach to serve customers at the Vestiable Desk and Counter Desk and to handle customer service. The position also includes administrative tasks and requires a completed basic commercial training and a good command of English.

What awaits you
- You represent AKB and receive customers at the Vestiable Desk
- Handling customer service at the counter desk (deposits/withdrawals, changes) is one of your main tasks, along with handling cash and foreign currency transactions.
- With the balance sheet stations in the AKB you are the best loser, you are ready to handle new challenges and new inquiries as well as the team customer zone.
- The contact point for customers at the Learning Desk, where you manage your own processes.
- You need to recognize the potential of customers and pass them on to the appropriate departments.
- You ensure that the online presence is always sufficiently populated and functions perfectly.
- You are looking for support in administrative activities.

- You have completed basic commercial training.
- You continue to develop your knowledge of products and services in the basic and service segment.
